Software Support and Training Consultant Job at North American Software Associates
North American Software Associates, Inc. (NASA) develops, sells and supports the Eclipse Agency Management System. Eclipse is a software program designed specifically for independent insurance agencies to automate their business.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions and inquiries about Eclipse.
- Conduct, over the phone, training with customers on the use of our software package.
- Work closely with other support staff and programmers to resolve product or support issues with critical thinking and troubleshooting.
Skills
- Varied computer software experience with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Strong interpersonal/oral and written communication skills.
- Flexible team-player who must be organized, detail orientated and skilled in problem solving with the ability to multitask.
- Experience in accounting and/or insurance a plus, but not necessary.
Competitive Salary: Based on Experience
Performance based raises given at 6 months and annually thereafter.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00
Employee is required to work in our office - this is not a remote position. No travel required.
