Great opportunity for a talented sous chef to work side-by-side with the chef owner on a nightly basis. We try to have fun and have a great quality of life on the beautiful Missouri River. This is a perfect opportunity for a chef that loves to fish, ski , hunt but still knows to prioritize business. We strive for a great service every night and we are creative with nightly specials as well as our menu that includes world class barbecue, cedar planked wild salmon, Sous vide Pork chops, walleye fish and chips, etc. The menu isn’t too big so we can do lots of different things and keep things fresh! Very fun and clean kitchen with all the tools needed for creativity and quality.
