We are seeking experienced, adventurous kitchen management talent to join us at our group of independently owned restaurants in Webster Groves.

O+O Hospitality is a collective of restaurants which was first founded with the three-time James Beard Foundation award-nominated Olive + Oak in 2016. Since then, we have opened The Clover and the Bee, Perennial on Lockwood, O+O Pizza, as well as our events and private dining group, O+O Events. Each location shares the same mantra – thoughtful menus prepared using the best possible products, both local and imported, a dedication to heartfelt hospitality, and a commitment to investing in our local communities.

With our five locations all existing on Lockwood Ave. in Webster Groves (and three within the same building), we’re proud to have created a thriving community of over 260 culinary and hospitality professionals who interact with each other on a daily basis. The creative and social connections created in this unique environment are truly awesome to watch play out.

We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef with experience, creativity, and maturity as we continue to expand our vision. Typical responsibilities for a Sous Chef will include:

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and expand menu offerings
• Train, mentor, and supervise cooks and dishwashers, embodying maturity and true leadership
• Assist with ordering, inventory, and organization of kitchen
• Operate with highest standards of quality and safety at all times
• Effectively communicate needs with leadership and employees
