The Grange Community Kitchen, located in Hamburg, NY is a seasonally influenced, open kitchen restaurant serving dinner 4 nights a week and a weekend brunch. We are looking for a line cook who is passionate, organized, personable, and motivated.

Responsibilities
- Set up station with necessary mise-en-place for service
- Completing prep work in a timely fashion prior to service
- Adhere to food safety and personal hygiene
- Properly execute dishes during service with accuracy, quality, & care
- Take direction from the Chef de Cuisine
- Operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Close station at the end of service

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
