Supplemental Health Care has partnered with a school district to hire a Special Education Teacher to work in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts. - $40.00 - $50.00 an hour

- Hours per day: 8
- Hours per week: 40
- $3,000 Assignment Bonus
- Caseload Details: students from ages 3-22 with a wide variety of diagnoses such as behavioral issues, emotional disturbance, learning disabilities, etc.
- Working within an interdisciplinary team, the Special Education Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing each student’s educational goals and objectives according to their IEP.
- Sped teachers may also be asked to teach a subject as well.
- Multicategorical, intellectual, learning, and/or emotional disability special education certifications will be accepted
- Special education teacher needs in elementary, middle, high, and alternative schools throughout the district.
- Could be a combination of co-teach and pull-out services
- Could be low incidence/autism self-contained classroom
- Could be a behavior support specialist
