A Special Event Assistant is a key roll in executing weddings and special events. They are an assistant to our weddings coordinators and may take the lead in executing other special events. This person should be motivated, helpful and enjoy a fun and fast paced job environment. If you enjoy weddings and special events, or perhaps are interested in getting your foot in the industry, this is a great place to start.
Responsibilities
- Back up the event coordinator during events, completing assigned tasks
- Help set up decor and guest items
- Be a liason to the guests attending the event
- Clean and organize guest areas as needed
- Assist in coordinating the vendors to complete a successful event
- Assist with breakdown of the event
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Events management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
