This role is responsible for assisting with the administration of the Office of Global Compliance’s Commercial Compliance Center of Excellence (“COE”) in supporting various initiatives with a focus on the NA commercial business in the areas of policy development and training, providing compliance advice, conducting assessments and monitoring, as well as project administration.
Key responsibilities for this role include:

Support cross-functional initiatives impacting U.S. Commercial Compliance.

Assist in performing monitoring/auditing and periodic assessments of company operations and business environments to identify potential compliance risk areas.

Assist in the identification, recommendation, and implementation of enhancements to existing practices and other corrective actions as may be appropriate.

Assist in conducting, coordinating, and supporting due diligence reviews, screenings, and anti-corruption training of business partners and agents when needed.

Assist in writing and supporting the development and communication of new Company policies and procedures and assist with the enhancement of existing Company policies and procedures where appropriate.

Provide ongoing guidance to Company personnel regarding compliance with applicable compliance policies, procedures, and related company policies.

Perform other duties as assigned
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
-
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree preferred.

Specialization in Accounting, Finance, Business or Law, however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
-
2 years of pharmaceutical compliance experience required.
-
2 years of related governance, legal or audit function experience preferred.
-
Preferred candidate previous experience with an International Pharmaceutical company and have experience with sales force compliance.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $87,000.
