What are our expectations?


The Specialist, eCommerce Order Review & Policy will support Van Cleef & Arpels’s Online & Retail Distance Sales Business. They will work closely with the VCA E-Business Team to ensure exceptional client service through operational excellence. True operational excellence can only be achieved through partnership and coordination between departments & at group level to ensure smooth and efficient processing of e-commerce orders, and the local administration of its website.


Key Responsibilities:

Collaborates with key business partners to ensure smooth order processing & fraud prevention for the Americas


  • Responsible for approving all Van Cleef & Arpels’ orders for the United States & Canada websites
  • Enforce the Maison and Group Operational Policies and Procedures
  • Manage Fraud for VCA in partnership with the Richemont Fraud Team
  • Collaborate with Client Relations Center, Retail Operations, and IT support teams to ensure smooth order processing (online + boutique distance sales)
  • Local lead for collection of Fraud issues pertaining to E-Commerce clients and reported by the Client Relations Center, boutiques, and other key business contacts
  • Conduct Fraud Training & disseminate Best Practices to the Client Relations Center
  • Identify Fraud patterns and propose solutions
  • Reporting and Ad-Hoc Analysis as per the Fraud levels & adherence of E-Commerce clients to Organizational Policies

Key collaborator in support of eCommerce operational excellence


  • Provide support as needed to Finance and Accounting departments in relation to VCA Claims, Chargebacks & Refund Escalations
  • Report to Local + Central VCA Teams all bugs and system issues and track status through resolution
  • Monthly payments and order reconciliation between ERP/Adyen/E-Commerce Platform
  • Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is an adept problem-solver with strong systems, technical and communication abilities. He or she possesses excellent organizational skills, is detail-oriented, and displays a commitment to providing excellent client service.


  • Undergraduate degree and a minimum of 2-3 years related professional experience.
  • Outstanding computer skills with ability to learn new software applications quickly. Prior experience with SAP and Salesforce systems are strongly preferred. Exceptional Excel skills, as well.
  • Team player with initiative, ability to prioritize, multi-task without sacrifice of attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, analysis, project management, communication, and follow-through skills are required.
