SPIFF Data Entry Clerk Job at Airport Home Appliance
Data Entry Job Description:
Airport Home Appliance is the largest independent appliance retailer in Northern California. We sell luxury, premium and regular home appliances plus offer a full suite of premium in-house installation services. Homeowners are investing in new appliances for many reasons and our company is growing to meet the demand.
We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk who enjoys taking on new challenges and working in a fast-paced environment. Someone comfortable with working independently with a strong sense of personal accountability will make a perfect fit for this role. Our clerk will be responsible for entering SPIFF claims on various platforms as a supporting role to our sales team.
This role requires a level of comfortability with inputting data into various computer programs, record keeping and general troubleshooting. SPIFF experience is not required, and we will train you in using the various software programs required for the position.
Responsibilities:
· Compile, sort and input data into systems
· Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities
· Maintain accurate records of SPIFFS
· Respond to inquiries for information and access relevant files
Skills:
· Clear communication and organizational skills
· Experience with computers a plus
· Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs
· Willingness to learn
· Comfortable with working independently
· Self Starter with a strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
