Elevo Sports Coach / School Staff Support

THE ROLE

Seeking coaches/peer mentors to work at a local school in the Fallbrook Union School District, Monday - Friday from 2 to 5 pm. This specific school site is in San Onofre, but is part of the Fallbrook Union School District. This is an in-person position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Engage students in SEL & PE curriculum
• Certify mandatory instructional minutes required for the program
• Demonstrate, engage, and participate in games with students
• Lead groups of students in activities while implementing strong behavior management skills on the field
• Act as a positive and inspiring role model
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service for all students and school staff
• Follow COVID 19 protocols outlined by the school

POSITION REQUIREMENTs

• 48 College Credits - or take a Para-Educator Exam
• Experience in sports coaching preferred
• 1-2 years of working experience in education, coaching or child development preferred
• Willing to travel onto Camp Pendleton military base (we arrange permissions), which is where the school is located
• Vaccinated against COVID-19, or willing to get tested weekly
• Authorized to work in the US
