Job Description


The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) will be responsible for executing the people strategy for a specific business client group(s) and/or functional organization(s). The incumbent will implement people and organizational solutions from an enterprise viewpoint, measure/monitor employee engagement and retention, and recommend appropriate actions to be executed upon. Act as the primary Human Resources contact for the assigned client group, providing a broad range of HR related support while working closely with HR COEs for appropriate alignment and communications, and ensuring consistent HR practices and programs are delivered and maintained.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Acts as a trusted HR advisor to senior business leaders, builds business relationships and provides consultation and coaching in all areas of the employee lifecycle. This includes talent acquisition strategies, leadership development, performance management, retention, employee engagement and succession planning.
  • Partners with business leaders on organizational design and development including change management initiatives and process improvements. Utilize and maintain HR system of record to support the organization and drive efficiencies. Provide leaders with coaching, consultation, and guidance regarding the effective management of people, structure organization effectiveness, and workforce planning.
  • Utilize diagnostics such as employee surveys, attrition data, and other metrics to understand organizational dynamics and address areas of opportunity. Implement and refine continuous improvements to HR processes that meet business needs while managing day-to-day HR tactical matters.
  • Leads the process for resolving employee matters and investigations, ensuring the utmost adherence to our ethics and compliance policies, regulations and employment laws. (In partnership with legal).
  • Acts as strategic partner with Talent Acquisition, Finance, COEs, and business leaders to facilitate headcount planning, and people related actions in order to create and maintain a high performing workforce and organizational efficiency.
  • Leads company- wide annual people programs including engagement surveys, year- end performance review process and talent development initiatives. Lead other people related projects for assigned client group that are identified to continue to up level talent, leadership development and drive our culture framework. Partners with Learning and Development on best practices and support.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education/Major: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Organization Development.

Certification: HR Certification a plus.

Required Years and Area of Professional Experience: Minimum 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience as a generalist or specialist within multiple disciplines, (i.e. Total Rewards, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion).

Critical Professional Related Technical/Computer Skills: High proficiency/expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook), with a strong comfort level working in HR systems or learning new systems.

Preferred Education: BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field experience. MBA or MA/MS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Preferred Experience and Type: Management experience preferred. Experience working in a fast- paced, high performing business environment with focus on adhering to our ethics and compliance culture and achieving business results.

The range for this role’s base salary is $87,200 - $95,000. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
