Responsibilities

• Strategize, Build and Execute U.S. Smart Home programs
• Support & Provide Senior Guidance around Product & OS launches and campaigns
• Work closely with the PR agency to perform and deliver stellar results
• Draft and manage approvals for press releases, media alerts, blog posts, as well as acquire visual assets
• Craft creative consumer PR campaigns and events that excite followers and gain interest from potential consumers
• Grow relationships with consumer lifestyle media and influencers and bring new opportunities to the company
• Collaborate closely with other members of the Communications team for a highly collaborative and effective PR plan

Requirements

• 5-10 years of PR experience (ideally a combination in-house and PR firm) with at least two-five years of experience working with consumer tech– t
• Experience translating creative ideas into successful campaigns, as well as connecting brands with influencers and trending themes
• Ability to understand business, marketing and communications objectives and translate into successes
• Positive and collaborative personality; a commitment to ensuring all activities undertaken are as successful as possible
• Excellent communications skills and exemplary writing ability
• Good judgment particularly in high pressure times
• Able to independently structure and manage workflow and priorities
• College degree in a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
