Job description

Texas Direct Roofing & Construction is currently looking to add 2 seasoned individuals to our Fort Worth team of storm restoration representatives. Our company’s revenue topped $8 million in 2022, and we are expecting to double in 2023. We've opened a location in the Colony and are staffed up with new reps, but we want to bring a couple of hard-working killers into our close-knit group.

Qualifications

Must have roofing sales experience

Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary
Must have reliable transportation
Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management (representatives create and manage their own work schedule)
Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections

Responsibilities & duties of the position

Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage
Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process and sign restoration agreements
Creating estimates & measuring home exteriors and damages
Marketing / lead generation for new prospects

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
