Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience

  • Must be willing to regularly travel to all Liberty operating basins
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and software system experience preferred
  • Prior training experience preferred
  • Prior work implementing new products/ideas preferred
  • Good leadership skills and be willing to give guidance and training to less experienced personnel.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Supports the deployment of new technology/ next generation equipment projects to field crews, including:
  • o Pre-deployment planning and support of the camp
  • o On location support during deployment
  • o Post-deployment support for the crew and camp
  • Provides training to the camp and crews prior to rollouts at the camp or on location if time does not permit classroom training.
  • Serves as a bridge between field personnel and the development team to maintain effectiveness of products and equipment.
  • Communicates concerns from the field and helps investigate and troubleshoot potential issues.
  • Provides detailed feedback during entire rollout process.
  • Sustains technologies actively running in the field whenever deployments are not planned.
  • Ensures the highest level of service quality and efficiency while deploying and supporting new technologies and equipment.

Working Conditions/Environment:
  • Operates on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule with 12-hour shifts
  • Visits Liberty districts and locations regularly.
  • Visits 3rd party suppliers as needed
  • Routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, photocopiers/scanners, and smartphones
  • After-hours work may be required as job duties demand
Salary:

$32/Hr-$40/Hr, bonus eligible.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
