Title: Stadium Operations Lead

Department: Stadium Operations & Security

Status: Part-Time

Reports to: Supervisor, Stadium Operations

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

The Stadium Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with the set-up, operation, and break down of all events and baseball games at Dodger Stadium.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review event and game day notes for thorough understanding of daily needs
  • Ensure SOA Equipment are returned to proper locations and are in good working order
  • Responsible for keeping SOA workspaces clean and organized.
  • Model leadership in both work ethic and attitude
  • Take leadership in carrying out event assignments to achieve the desired results
  • Oversee and assist in execution of all assignments, including all Dodger Stadium games, events, and activations
  • Oversee the movement of furniture and assets around the stadium for various needs
  • Responsible for organizing warehouse inventory and storage of promotional items
  • Responsible for overseeing the delivery and distribution of ticket package and promotional items
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and golf carts regularly.
  • Always represent the Los Angeles Dodgers brand in a professional manner
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Ability to lead by example
  • Experience working in an entertainment venue
  • Forklift certification preferred – if not, willing to learn and become certified.
  • Able to work in tandem with the entire Los Angeles Dodgers front office
  • Maintain a flexible attitude supporting all stated objectives
  • Must be a high-energy, highly motivated self-starter
  • Strong ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and around high-profile individuals
  • Ability to work well with others and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle all physical demands of the position, including lifting 50 pounds; walking and standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and other irregular hours as needed
  • Able to remain professional while working with internal and external clients
