Staff Accountant Job at Golden Malted
Join a growing company! Golden Malted is hiring a Staff Accountant to support its thriving business!
The Staff Accountant prepares balance sheet reconciliations, profit and loss statements and other financial reports.Some responsibilities include analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.
This position reports into the Glen Mills, PA Headquarters Monday - Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm
Additional responsibilities:
- Analyze balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting documentation
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
- Resolve accounting discrepancies
- Interface with team members to identify information needs and deliverables
- Provide financial analysis support to the Other Departments
- Interact with external auditors in completing audits
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; accounting internship experience preferred
- Great Plains experience a plus
