Staff Accountant Job at Oakley Transport
Position Summary:
Provide support to Accounting Manager and Controller by ensuring timely and accurate financial accounting records are maintained. Computes, classifies, records and verifies numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and enter assigned journal entries for various companies
- Maintain and reconcile G/L accounts for all companies
- Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis
- Prepare citrus financials
- Update daily bank activity and track outstanding checks
- Create check deposits for various companies
- Update daily cash demand reports for Controller & CFO
- Initiate outgoing wire/ACH payments
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
