Staff Assistant / Team Lead Job at AAA Club Alliance

To the qualified candidate, we offer:
- Convenient Store Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM to 5:30PM, Saturday, 9AM to 1PM(37.5 hour work week, no Sundays)
- The pay range for this role is $20.20 to $25.85/hour , based on experience and location

As a Staff Assistant, you will:
- Consistently up-sell/cross-sell AAA products including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals
- Plan domestic travel vacations (car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books and triptiks)
- Lead, guide and direct the daily operations of the Retail Store, including administrative and associate-related issues in the absence of the Retail Manager
- Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during high call volumes, as needed
- Serve as backup to the cashiers
What you can provide AAA:
- Have a high school diploma/GED
- Minimum of two (2) years of sales/customer service experience in a cash-handling position
- Have effective communication skills, written and oral
- Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programs
- Accurate math skills and the ability to read maps and geography knowledge a plus
