Express Employment Professionals in Ithaca and Cortland NY is currently hiring a full time Staffing Consultant for our Ithaca office. The Staffing Consultant will work directly with our clients, our candidates and our internal team to place individuals in temporary, temporary to full time, and direct hire positions. The Staffing Consultant will source candidates using a variety of methods, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and build relationships with clients. This position is fast paced and highly rewarding. Ideal candidates for this role have strong computer skills, ability to multi-task and have excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in a human resources capacity is helpful but not required. Hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with occasional weekend on-call availability to answer emails or texts.
