  • Sales Executive/ Outside Sales; Currently looking for individuals to fill Outside Sales openings with an elite staffing company located in Southern California & Texas. Interested candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of outside sales staffing experience and demonstrated experience setting and attaining sales goals and meeting/exceeding sales quotas.

In addition, looking for; Staffing Specialist/Recruiters/, Service Coordinators, Onsite Supervisors, and Branch Managers.

Responsibilities for Outside Sales Executive:

  • Get paid top dollar for your experience in staffing and for your book of business
  • Contribute to the market share and financial growth of the company by targeting and acquiring new clients and grow existing client accounts.
  • Provide New Business Acquisition and Territory Management.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of assigned territory and regularly interact with potential clients to identify, qualify, and sell new business.
  • Effectively qualify sales opportunities to ensure company time and resources are being optimally leveraged.
  • Build and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure operations partners thoroughly understand the client's business needs and challenges as well as opportunities.
  • Reconnect and develop relationships with past customers.
  • Perform all other Business Development duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of staffing experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Sales experience in the staffing industry
  • High energy, self-motivated and a hunger to compete and win
  • Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done, and take care of the customer
  • Professional level written and verbal communication skills
  • Eager to learn about and utilize the best technology the staffing industry has to offer
  • The starting annual salary for this position is a base-salary (DOE), plus commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $36.60 per hour
