Job Description
This position will support and work cohesively with a team dedicated to facility cleanliness. Candidates should be self starters, taking initiative and person pride in the cleanliness of the barn and property.
Responsibilities
- Exceptional dedication to stall and farm cleanliness
- Cleaning horse stalls & rebedding them
- Maintain clean feeders and waterers in pastures and stalls
- Monitoring daily cleanliness of barns, aisle ways, pastures, grounds and high traffic areas
- Feed hay each morning according to each horse's specific diet
Qualifications
- Ability to work around horses in a safe manner
- Excellent communication skills with clients and team members
- Additional qualifications include physical stamina and strength, attention to detail, the ability to remain calm around the horses, and a flexible schedule.
