Stewarding Manager Job at THE BREAKERS PALM BEACH
The Stewarding Manager completes a weekly schedule, orders small wares, chef's supplies and chemicals. Provides direction to the supervisors and line level team members frequently. Communicates with bussing space, equipment pull sheets, big four needs and any changes from the chefs' meeting. Performs team member feedback sessions, ensures team members are following the service standards and educates and advise steam members on their performance. Schedules new team members for training and ensures that they get their proper uniforms. Assists with providing feedback for departmental meeting and presents at the meeting as well. Responsible for daily walk through of the property to ensure staffing levels are adequate and that the property is clean and organized. Meets with overnight supervisors and finds out their needs. Provides feedback on the cleanliness of the property.
