Responsibilities:

• Order parts, tools, supplies, and services from established vendors, obtain quotes negotiate purchases with respect to prices, discounts, quality, quantity, delivery date, etc.
• Research parts and equipment for maintenance employees and source new vendors and products.
• Travel to various suppliers to pick up orders/supplies.
• Responsible for inventory management and stockroom cleanliness/organization.
• Responsible for all purchase & delivery documentation and maintaining SDS’s.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
• Must have excellent organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
