RESTORE ASSOCIATE / CASHIER

Location: Little Rock, AR - working in our customer facing donations bay

Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt

Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 8:30am-5pm w/ 30 min lunch break

Min. Experience: Entry Level

A Day in the Life

Working as a ReStore Associate, no two days are ever the same! A typical day will include the following responsibilities:

· Work in our Habitat for Humanity ReStore, responsible for processing payments correctly for items being purchased, following Habitat ReStore payment guidelines.

· Customer facing daily interactions with the general public. Bring your positivie attitude and people first mindset to this position.

· Problem solve and able to pivot based on each day’s current requirements as inventory and frequency of drop-offs and deliveries change.

· Assess value of donations and assign a price based on assessment.

· Looking for creative thinkers who enjoy striving for efficiency as well as goal oriented.

· Must be customer focused, provide exceptional customer service by promptly greeting and assisting donors in the loading and unloading of donated items.

· Ability to bend, lift, move product between containers and work on one's feet for an entire shift; often standing in a stationary position and Lift and move up to 50 pounds of donations on a regular basis.
