Responsibilities:
As the
Store Manager
, you set the bar high and drive individual and team results. Your leadership, guidance, and open communication motivate your team to thrive and excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You ensure that each customer gets an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution to their electronic needs. You help your team to build strong relationships with customers, make expert recommendations, and assist with the entire buying and installation experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieve all store sales and profit contribution objectives including overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives.- Manage store performance tracking.
- Establishing and maintaining the Company culture within the store through personally demonstrating and reinforcing the Company Guiding Principles.
- Achieving results that exceed Company minimum standards in all store operational areas including staff training and development, the customer experience, loss prevention, turnover and safety, housekeeping, and team professionalism.
- Develop staff so that at all times at least one subordinate is ready for promotion.
Qualifications:
5+ years of store management experience preferably in consumer electronics.- 5+ years of people management experience including hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and developing staff.
- Outstanding track record meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Motivate and inspire staff to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Stellar communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and outstanding follow through and execution.
- High level of integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
- Expert consumer electronics product knowledge.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including varied shifts that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
