Tennessee Shine Company is growing and we are looking to hire a Retail Store Manager, Assistant Manager and Keyholders!

Our Store Managers plan and facilitate the day-to-day operations of the store. They continually work to improve customer service, increase store sales and profitability, and grow the existing customer base.

Managers ensure customer needs are met, situations that may arise are resolved and that customer service is quick and efficient. In addition, they ensure all products and displays are merchandised in a manner to effectively maximize sales and profitability.

They forecast staffing needs to provide optimal staffing in all areas while striving to increase retention.

A successful candidate will accomplish all of this, while maintaining high store standards and conditions and fostering a positive environment and culture.

Prior Retail Store Management experience is required.

Work involves days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

· Schedule employee assignments and follow up on results

· Provide coaching to employees to maintain and improve performance

· Successfully maintain an accurate inventory

· Work to drive sales through promotional planning and merchandising

· Reduce loss through established security measures

· Protect both employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment

· Maintain operational excellence by abiding by and enforcing personnel policies and procedures

· Provide opportunities to improve the knowledge base of the staff by cross-training to maintain productivity when employees are absent

· Manage all controllable costs

· Manage stock levels and quickly make key decisions about stock control

· Analyze reports to forecast future sales and trends

· Ensure standards for quality customer service is met

· Quickly address any customer concerns

· Update employees on business performance, new initiatives, and any pertinent issues
