Title: Store Sales Manager
Reports to: Regional Manager
Classification: Salary / Exempt
Store Managers play an important role in the daily operations of the store. Associates in this role guide, direct and develop other team members to provide first-class customer service and offer solutions that drive sales. We are looking for someone who customer service focused, can increase profitability and decrease costs.

What You Will Do
- Manager the store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, operation goals and store standards.
- Ensure customers receive outstanding service in customer-friendly environment
- Maintain high merchandising standards and have exceptional product knowledge
- Lead staffing efforts by recruiting and training new team members
- Analyze and measure business trends; develop and implement plans to maximize sales
- Supervise and ensure compliance on all cash handling procedures
- Manage store expenses and payroll costs to ensure effective use of resources
- Coordinate marketing efforts and events
What You Will Need
- Excellent customer service skills, dependability and time management
- Pass a pre-employment physical & drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to stand & walk up to 8 hours a day
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs daily
- Operate a computer up to eight hours at a time
- Communicate via telephone and email daily
Associates should have at least one year of continuous employment within some facet of the company. Candidates with at least 5 years of management experience is preferable. Please check the attached job description for more details.
