GENERAL SUMMARY

The Strategic Account Development Executive focuses on generating new business opportunities, retaining the Vyne client base and preserving a high client satisfaction rate from existing client relationships; developing strategic relationships with the appropriate decision makers throughout the account, qualifying leads, developing opportunities, growing the pipeline, ensuring clients receive the highest possible value and ROI from Vyne products and services, and acting as the voice of the client internally within Vyne. This role will play a critical part in our company’s success and continued growth.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with the VP of Client Services on client retention, revenue retention, and revenue growth from the assigned base of existing clients.
  • Act as primary client facing contact with assigned accounts.
  • Ability to be the client advocate within our organization – aligning internal resources to develop and execute on account strategy
  • Work closely with the Solution Architect Team on pre-sale activities (prospect presentations, product demos, best practices presentations and obtaining client referrals.)
  • Achievement of assigned retention and revenue goals
  • Identify and develop new contacts with executives and mid-level managers within hospitals to drive contract expansion (new facilities, new departments and new users, using our products and services.)
  • Design and present best practices or customized solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Communicate internally with peers and management on best practices being used by clients, industry news marketing ideas, and competitive intelligence.
  • Ensure client expectations are met so there is an ability to upsell into that client and to secure referenceable clients to help sell to new prospects.
  • Document activity (pipeline movement, on-site reports, quotes, client contact information, contract details) in the company’s CRM.
  • Coordinate, facilitate and attend client meetings.
  • Attend industry trade shows and conferences as needed or requested by client.
  • Build team collaboration and team strategy.
  • Other duties as assigned.


EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • 2-5 years account management and sales experience required
  • Attain 75% or higher of quota attainment year over year for three consecutive years
  • Retain 92% or higher of client base for three consecutive years
  • Net revenue growth increased by 10% for three consecutive years
  • Demonstrates the ability to cultivate and maintain C-Level relationships in client base
  • Manage account base to assure they are referenceable
  • Build and grow pipeline 3 times annual quota amount
  • Strong presentation skills – ability to deliver engaging and well-organized presentations and have strong group facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills – able to manage multiple clients and projects at the same time.
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to establish relationships over the phone and in person.
