Senior/Director level position developing sales and total customer satisfaction within assigned strategic account(s), by providing leadership in the development and selling of major profitable proposals and maintaining retention at assigned enterprise level strategic customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing business development strategies to maintain and grow existing account revenue, profitability, and customer loyalty through the identification of a customer's needs and delivery of a sales solution
  • Working with assigned strategic account(s) to identify and develop new business in all ATS divisions at additional account locations worldwide
  • Partnering with operations leadership to identify and develop new business at current customer locations and to better understand the needs, strategies, and decision-making hierarchy at existing customers
  • Developing and cultivating effective relationships with key decision makers/executives within assigned strategic account(s)
  • Effectively identifying and communicating value (tangible and intangible) of ATS services to assigned customers' decision makers and executives
  • Acting as main focal point for customer inquiries and concerns within assigned account(s)
  • Serving as a face of ATS throughout the customer's organization and becoming knowledgeable about ATS-related services to the customer's industry

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field MBA preferred

  • 10 plus years career progression into senior/director level business development.
  • Managed territories with $10M sales preferred
  • Proven success developing and growing revenue with enterprise level customers

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and people without direct authority

  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships within various levels of customer's organization

  • Six Sigma Greenbelt certification preferred
