Structures Superintendent

California Pools & Landscape is looking for a dedicated Superintendent to oversee the construction of Ramada's, Casitas, outdoor structures, and other related items such as punch list in support of project completion. You will need at least 3 years of experience in general construction (Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, Paint, Stucco, Roofing, Concrete, CMU, and Framing). This job requires overseeing daily construction activities at multiple work sites while upholding safety and quality standards within our defined scope of work and minimizing cost overruns through proper project planning. While completing projects in a timely manner, maintaining positive and thriving relationships with customers, teammates and trade relations is expected. Skills/ Requirements:

• 3 years of general knowledge and experience in the following areas: Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, Paint, Stucco, Roofing, Concrete, CMU, and Framing.
• Supervise the construction of Ramada's, Patio/Addition and Decks
• Must be able to perform small punch work as needed
• Must physically be able to perform finish work
• Must be able to read and understand Building Plans
• Organized and independent worker
• Quick thinker and problem solver
• Excellent at email communication and computer-based correspondence.
• Ability be outside and carry up to 50lbs
• Clean DMV
• An excellent work ethic, as well as respect for a positive work environment, is extremely important to our company.

Benefits PTO, PSL, medical (including free 24-hour doctor access through Direct2MD), dental, and 401K offered. Annual Salary is $60,000-$73,000 determined by experience.
