Position Announcement
Utah Valley University is seeking a student to assist Dining Services in the food court!
Summary of Responsibilities
Duties vary and include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting customers with their needs
- Cooking and serving
- Operating a cash register
- Stocking product
- Cleaning and daily maintenance
- All student workers need to be customer oriented, friendly, helpful, and able to follow direction from their supervisor.
- Employees are required to arrive to work on time, in a clean uniform and fulfill the duties assigned to them.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a current UVU student.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs. and stand on feet for an extended period.
- Food Handlers Permit is required within the first 30 days of employment.
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
