Substitute Food Service Workers Needed

Make a difference in local schools today! Kelly Education partners with Cache County and Logan School Districts to provide food service substitutes in all their schools. We are currently hiring for short and long-term positions for all shifts. We offer flexible work schedules to provide work-life balance and have other great perks for you to enjoy!

What does this job entail?

Work under the direction and guidance of school district personal. Shifts are 3-8 hours and range from 6AM-6PM. Assist in food preparation, cleaning and other kitchen duties, following all food safety rules and storage guidelines. Serve foods using portion control and proper sanitation techniques. This job will include bending, kneeling, squatting, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods of time.

Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Has a food handler's permit or is willing to get one. Willing to be fingerprinted and able to pass applicable background checks.

Preferred skills but not required:
Basic food preparation knowledge, familiarity with computers and general cleaning skills.
