Responsible for oversite of operations and clinical support on night shift for the cardiac service line, including cardiac telemetry, CVICU, and cath lab. This position will assist the service line nurse unit managers in supporting personnel on the night shift, as well as assisting with clinical and operational needs, including staffing when necessary. Will assist managers and clinical preceptors by ensuring staff competencies are maintained, and assists with schedule development as required. Collaborates with CCMC House Nursing Supervisors, providers, and other hospital leaders as necessary to maintain operational flow and ensure needs of patients and staff in the cardiovascular service line are met.
