Supervisor (Commercial Dept.) Job at ServiceMaster Elite Cleaning Services
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Maintain a positive professional image and attitude with customers and fellow workers
2. Coordinate scheduling to be on time with supporting staff to job assignments
3. Ensure that all staff performing the assigned job are clocked in and out of the Jobs
4. Lead and perform assigned Jobs within budgets with no complaints and reservice needs.
5. Re-enforce Safety policies always
6. Prepare and stage all supplies and equipment to perform the jobs
7. Maintain cleanliness and order of assigned vehicles
8. Maintain equipment cleanliness, perform minor repairs and Tag and report equipment to be repaired.
9. Assist Special Projects Manager in performing monthly and Quarterly inventory
10. Quality Assurance Perform assigned inspections of Jobs/Work Tickets assigned
11. Assist the Special Project Manager in training of staff
Supervisor should demonstrate superior knowledge and Experience.
1. Strip and Refinish Floors
2. Supervise multiple staff members
3. Basic Math and Writing Skills
4. Positive Team Player with a Can-Do Attitude
5. Organized
6. Other Cleaning Skills – Carpet –Pressure Wash –Kitchens – Events, Etc. and Plus
