SUPERVISOR FOR NUTRITION SITE MANAGERS
Part Time / 25 HRS/WK
The Nutrition Program Site Manager Supervisor provides supervision, support, oversight and assistance to the Nutrition Site Managers / Coordinators / Drivers.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that Site Managers have congregate diners complete a meal satisfaction survey on a bi-weekly basis. Responsible for reviewing and approving volunteer stipends and mileage sheets; and also responsible for approval of Site Managers time sheets. Responsible for inputting congregate data into database. Responsible for ensuring coverage at each Nutrition Meal Site location. Complete evaluations of Site Managers in a timely basis. Must maintain and foster new relationships with the communities that SSES serves. Responsible for the coordination of Thanksgiving and Christmas Day home delivered meals. Monthly formal supervision with Site Managers. Visit all meal sites on a monthly basis.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in human service and or nutrition field. Two to-three years supervisory experience; experience with community service programs. Good organizational and time management skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have driver’s license and own transportation.
SALARY: $26.35 hour
