Job Overview
The job of the Facility Attendant Supervisor is to supervise, oversee, and monitor all Facility Attendants and help with the oversight of the Front Desk, Equipment Checkout, and Game Room activity areas.

Job Duties
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, and supervising of the Facility Attendant staff of the Student Life Center Front Desk, and Equipment Checkout activity areas.
- Attend weekly meetings with Assistant Director of Recreational Sports for Facilities and Aquatics and/or Graduate Assistant for Facilities, Aquatics and Marketing.
- Assist in the training of new student employees using the provided training guide, if needed.
- Ensure inventory of the Front Desk, Equipment Checkout and Game Room areas using the Fusion Management Program.
- Ensure administrative forms are available at activity areas (Inventory forms, sign-in sheets, incentive/disciplinary forms, etc.)
- Conduct weekly check-ins of Facility Attendants on a rotating-basis.
- Sit in on disciplinary meetings with Facility Attendants, as needed.
- Develop and complete Facility Attendant evaluations each semester.
- Lead in the implementation of the risk management plan scenarios/evaluations.
- Assist with conducting student employee meetings.
- Assist in developing and adapting department policies and procedures and ensure all policies and procedures are being enforced by all Facility Attendants.
- Aid in finding coverage and when needed, providing coverage.
- Serve as the head liaison in the Open Recreation GroupMe.
- Ensure certification compliance for all Facility Attendants.
- Ensure proper coverage for all areas, aiding in finding coverage, when needed.
- Assist in content creation for the Recreational Sports social media accounts.
- Attend one-day events, conferences, and retreats.
- Collaborate with other student supervisors on civic engagement activities and fundraising programs.
- Serve as a mentor to all Facility Attendants.
- Required to work a minimum of two shifts per week as a Facility Attendant.

Weekday Hours: 6:00 a.m. – Midnight
Weekend Hours: 7:00 a.m. – Midnight
Weekend Hours: 7:00 a.m. – Midnight

Preferred Qualifications
- It is preferred that applicants have worked a minimum of 1 semester in the Recreational Sports program.
- Must hold certification in CPR/AED/First Aid or be willing to become certified within 30 days of hire.
