The Supervisor of Onboarding Operations is an integral part of the Recruitment Team at Mercy. They will collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Managers of Talent Acquisition to create, implement, and manage a streamlined onboarding process. This position will oversee the team of Recruitment Coordinators and help ensure a smooth and successful onboarding process for all new hires. The Supervisor will look for continual process improvement opportunities to make the process as efficient and positive as possible.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1-3 years recruitment or onboarding experience required
- Healthcare recruitment experience preferred
