About the Role:

· The Supply Chain Analyst is an entry level position who is responsible for all data analytics related to ABG’s International imports & exports, warehousing network design & inventory allocation. In this role they will create & maintain all relevant reports surrounding ABG Warehousing & Transportation network as well as aid in the tracking of all international cargo being imported into North America

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Compile data from multiple sources and prepare various reports looking at carrier performance, ocean/air tracking, port congestion, detention fees, origin bookings, invoice accuracy etc.

· Summarize and manage import shipments for more than 30 locations in North America shipping from Asia, South America, Middle East, Europe & Africa

· Interact with internal and external customers collect data and information as needed to compile reports.

· Analyze Ocean vs Air to improve ABG’s cost structure

· Summarize and track ocean rate trends and provide recommendations on future carriers

· Analyze shipping lane lead-times for multiple brands across North America & make recommendations on selections

· Maintain renewal status / amount for all brands import bonds

· Create & maintain HTS code classification rates for all brands across multiple locations

· Management of carrier tracking & booking reports for all ABG Imports

· Manage NVO/ BCA weekly price lists

· Prepare analysis for optimizing pick path locations within each warehouse for shower door brands

· Aid in analysis for Network Design of warehousing location across North America based on product demand profiles

· Prepare analysis for inventory / safety stock levels for all shower door brands across more than 15 warehouses

· Assist with Ad Hoc reports as needed

Qualifications:

· Associate or BS/BA in Supply Chain or Logistics

• Internship/Previous role in Supply Chain
• Supply Chain Management Certification, preferred

· Proficient with MS Office suite –advanced skills with MS Excel (Pivot tables, Charts, formulas, etc)

· Ability to compile data from multiple sources with emphasis to accuracy and details

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

· Solid organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks within a changing environment

· Detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills

· Dependable and flexible with the ability to work on additional assignments as needed

· Strong sense of urgency & the ability to influence others while managing conflict

· Ability to self-direct and take constructive action
