Supply Chain Planning Analyst
Must be PROFICIENT in MS Excel
This job is M-F in-office (Robinson Township, PA); will only allow a work from home day with discussion with manager and extenuating circumstances.
Brief Job Description
- Determine availability of product upon customer request & maintain inventory allocation controls.
- Manage import planning and inventory balances for regional warehouses
- Review customer orders vs. contract/forecast to ensure commitments are met and to improve accuracy for future supply planning
- Report order tracking, forecast, forecast accuracy, forecast changes, month-end reports
- Needs to be able to respond and adapt a dynamic planning environment
Requirements
- MS Excel proficiency essential (Pivot tables, Lookup functions-relative & absolute references, Data Security, Nested Formulas)
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain or related field
- SAP experience preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Judgement to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Self-starter, flexible and employ time management and organizational skills with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be tech savvy in Excel and understand pivot tables, lookup functions-relative & absolute, data security and nested formulas.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $32.45 per hour
