We are currently looking for staff to work with infants, toddlers or preschool children.

Qualifications needed to teach effectively include knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and educational methods as well as the ability to engage them and earn their trust and attention. Candidates must be warm, nurturing, patient, flexible and have a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities to include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop a careful and creative program suitable for young children
• Support teachers to develop a careful and creative curriculum
• Employ a variety of educational techniques
• Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
• Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum tailored to their individual needs.
• Track children’s progress and report to parents
• Communicate with parents regularly
• Collaborate with other educators
• Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards
