You Offer:
* Strong desire to work with children and have FUN with it!

* Work a minimum of 1-2 weekday evenings and 1 weekend morning, 4-5 hour shifts
* Obtain Lifeguard/CPR/AED certification from our team within 90 days of employment and maintain certification while employed. British Swim School has a Lifeguard Instructor on staff and will get employees lifeguard certified.

* Ability to comfortably swim/tread in all water depths and maintain children’s safety during classes
* Conduct small group swim lessons for all ages and ability levels
* Have fun with students, parents, and co-workers through song and play
* Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
* Follow British Swim School curriculum and respond positively to constructive feedback
* Complete 40 hours of paid training, including online and in-person
