Job Description:
At Ascentium Capital, the Syndications Credit Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating credit in addition to gathering, inputting, and examining customer financial data with the aim of securing financing through outside lending partners. This position also prepares loan origination packages, submits to lenders and manages the decision, documentation and funding processes.

Primary Responsibilities
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates credit
Gathers, inputs, and analyzes customer financial data
Pre-screens applicants to determine credit worthiness
Works with syndicate partners to attain credit approval
Prepares lease/loan origination packages for internal/external underwriter reviews
Generates lease/loan documents in an accurate and timely manner to maintain the established business process
Manages internal and external sales transactions through the funding process
Fosters an open dialogue and strong working relationships with the Sales Representatives, Intermediary Sources, Potential Customers, Vendor Service Representative Department, Customer Service, Asset Management Group and other groups to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
Partakes in the assessment of lease/loan product goals/objectives to optimize utilization of human and financial resources to achieve corporate financial goals
Works closely with the senior management on all business opportunities and issues related to the lease and loan product
Provides input, feedback, and recommendations to senior management for enhancement of the lease and loan product
Participates in meetings with other units/departments to provide input and improve the process

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
One (1) year of related experience

Preferences
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field
Business to business lending or related industry experience

Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts
Ability to work in a team environment when applicable
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Strong work ethic and self-motivation

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the national range and level of the position.

Job Range Target:
Minimum: $44,370.00 USD
Median: $68,470.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans: This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
