You’ll get a chance to:

• Support the configuration of the Workjam Communication/Task Management system for use at the corporate office and at restaurant locations.
• Document the standard guide and keeps it up-to-date as new features are added and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) change.
• Execute Crunchtime data maintenance including, but not limited to: adding new products, adding new recipes, entering and updating new and changed vendor information, managing vendor order guides, setting up new locations, adding, changing or deactivating application users, maintaining and producing reports, including financial, and posting calendars.
• Ensure that the CrunchTime system remains in sync with other integrated systems (POS, accounting software).
• Monitor data transfer error remediation to rapidly fix any failed file transfer.
• Prepare analytical results for Food, Beverage & Inventory Control.
• Investigate cost and/or revenue variances and develops recommended action plans to resolve such variances.
• Act as liaison between Purchasing, Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure all necessary database updates are completed on time for new policy or menu rollouts.

Your background & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IS or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment; Workjam, Legion, and/or CrunchTime experience preferred.
• If hired, successful completion of annual store training.
• If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.
