As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate
, you will:
- Act as a Mobile Expert to help customers find the best products while guiding them
through the shopping process.
- Give hands-on demonstrations and educate customers of the newest technology in-store while identifying needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer experience and build positive relationships that
promote customer loyalty to strengthen the T-Mobile brand.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and objectives.
- Maintain outgoing personality, behaviors, and best practices to generate a positive work
environment and promote maximized sales.
- Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and
community involvement
What’s required of a Retail Sales Associate?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Six months in retail sales or related experience preferred
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with our customers.
- Desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team.
- Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
