Your Role:

You will play a critical role in the Global Talent Acquisition function, partnering with the local HR teams across the globe to build and execute the plan for talent attraction through social media platforms and talent communities. You will report to the Global Employer Branding Director to align on the strategy. You will be in constant contact with the Global Talent Acquisition team to understand the recruitment needs and drive campaigns accordingly.

Your Typical Day:

You own your daily schedule and how you will deliver on designated goals. Here are your key areas of responsibility:

  • Social media: You collaborate with the Global Social Media Manager to drive activities across all social channels aiming at showcasing our diverse culture and game-changing technology to the key talent pools. You will become an effective user of social media and digital outlets to engage multiple audiences, strengthen individual and organizational brand, scale impact, and act as an influencer who can build a culture of content sharing. You will create go-to-market channel strategies through media, social media, events, talent communities, internal talent ambassadors, employees and other sources aligned to target audiences.

  • Content writing: You support our talent acquisition team to help promote Aptiv and assist candidates in finding their dream role throughout their journey. You create powerful messaging for recruitment campaigns (landing pages, talent newsletters, social media calendar, etc.) that will lead to job applications. You will ensure Recruitment Marketing activities support and contribute to our DE&I strategy and all marketing and communication activities follows organizational branding guidelines

  • Data analytics: You know how to read, analyze and use data to increase the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

Your Background :

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in Talent Acquisition/Employer Branding, or Media Relations position for a global organization.

  • Experience pitching, drafting and placing content on social media and understanding of its business impact. Experience in creative thinking, employer branding, relationship building, and recruitment marketing.

  • Demonstrated experience in creating and executing a Talent Attraction and Brand strategy ensuring brand visual and voice consistency across all social media

  • Creation and development of Talent Attraction and Branding/Advertising materials

  • Exceptional copywriting & editing skills with proven experience;

  • Ability to address, influence, and work with multiple constituencies, positioning messages according to the unique needs of each but consistent with a global brand;

  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics;

  • Good understanding of social media KPIs;

  • Excellent project management skills combined with customer focus and delivery of results;

  • Excellent communication with strong attention to detail and ability to build effective, clear, succinct, well-designed presentations in PowerPoint.

  • Data and analytics-driven

  • Stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong working relationships;
