Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day operations, supporting Talent Acquisition (recruiting) team administration. This hourly full-time position reports to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, and in addition to administrative tasks will require daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders. This role is responsible for upholding operational processes across the North American TA team.

Job Description:

  • Scheduling telephone, virtual, and onsite interviews for locations in North America
  • Coordinate with People Business Partners (human resources) and hiring managers if rescheduling is required
  • Interview confirmation/reminder emails for candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Post jobs on external web sites, trade associations, etc.
  • Maintain team shared drive to include, but not limited to, updating templates, archiving documents, and reorganizing
  • Monitor status of background checks, drug screens, and reference checks
  • Send new hire status notification to candidate and internal stakeholders
  • Running reports (includes job postings, job/candidate activity, offers, pending candidates)
  • Audit internal practices for compliance with recruiting processes and OFCCP requirements
  • Act as TA liaison for agency recruitment
  • Support university recruitment efforts including researching and registering for career fairs, and preparing team with all applicable materials for the event
  • Aid in implementation and support processes related to recruitment technology
  • Support annual Talent Acquisition team objectives and initiatives
  • Other tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • 5+ years of experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree and 3+ years of relative experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years relative experience
  • 1+ years managing calendars or schedules across different time zones
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Comfort with using and adapting to changing technology; background working with an applicant tracking system is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort interacting with varying levels of leaders, globally
  • Willing to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with MS Office, specifically MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Background working in recruitment is a plus
  • Willing to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Proactive

Compensation Range: $24.00 - $28.84 per hour

Bonus: 5%
