Molle Automotive Group has been taking great care of customers in Kansas City since 1969. We’re currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to actively recruit top talent in a competitive market for our Molle Toyota, Chevrolet, Audi and VW stores. You will develop effective staffing strategies for current and future needs and implement a variety of sourcing techniques to build a qualified candidate pool. You have strong knowledge of recruitment practices, employment law and the ability to communicate with managers about the evolving skills needed to keep Molle competitive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build a diverse candidate pool through cold calling, proactive sourcing and identifying active and passive candidates using social media, job boards, internet sourcing, networking with local schools and staffing agencies, employee referrals, and other technical or creative methods

  • Work with hiring managers to identify needs, ensure hiring process moves forward, interview team preparedness and commitment to hitting hiring goals
  • Manage the candidate process, act as a candidate advocate, and develop a system to efficiently process and track candidates
  • Foster relationships with local schools and participate in various campus recruiting related events
  • Participate in community job fairs
  • Screening resumes
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Staying current on the employer’s organization structure, personnel policies, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices to ensure compliance
  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
  • Track recruiting goals and metrics for the company
  • Propose and assist with implementing ongoing improvements to recruitment efforts
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,200.00 - $67,300.00 per year
