Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for driving the selection and hiring process from position launch through offer acceptance
  • Coordinate and schedule screens, interviews and feedback discussions
  • Meet with hiring managers and leaders to determine their requirements’ needs to really understand what they’re looking for
  • Present and negotiate offers
  • Post jobs externally and internally
  • Provide internal updates and communications to leadership
  • Track and report on recruiting activity
  • Work with hiring teams and leadership to determine organizational needs
  • Proactively recruit top talent
  • Provide support for both external and internal hiring events
  • Engage externally with hiring organizations and university’s/colleges
  • Build strong working relationships with line managers and business leaders
  • Work cross functionally across multiple groups, lines of business and brands
  • Build strong talent pipelines through our Campus Ambassador program, research, job boards, job fairs, networking, social media, and employee referrals
  • Provide expertise in market insights, talent landscape, and an understanding of talent needs to assist in developing company growth plans
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining talent market expertise including a comprehensive view of industry trends and competitors
  • Lead and deliver a best in class experience by managing the candidate’s experience through seamless execution of interview process
  • Interview a wide variety of skill sets at different levels
Your Experience:
  • 2+ years of technical/digital full-lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably at a high growth/performing company
  • A recent background in the Staffing Industry is preferred
  • Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles. (Decision Science preferred)
  • knowledge in areas like cloud applications, full stack developer, big data, analytics
  • Have experience with recruiting talent at all levels
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to set clear expectations and execute against them
  • Proven experience in building and managing a diverse candidate pipeline
  • Able to prioritize tasks/goals in a challenging, fast-paced environment
