BOLT Staffing is a boutique staffing and recruitment firm located in American Canyon on the outskirts of beautiful Napa Valley. We offer a wide range of staffing services for the companies that do business in the robust Solano and Napa County economies. We are currently recruiting for an internal opening here at BOLT for a Talent Sourcing Specialist. This dual role will fulfill an array of duties in our Marketing and Recruitment departments and learn the staffing industry from the ground up. Entry-level college graduates are encouraged to apply, although relevant recruiting work experience is desirable!

Duties:

• Analyze sales, economic, and recruitment data that can be leveraged into intriguing web and print marketing content
• Collaborate with our outside vendors to strategize on future marketing content that can be disseminated to local companies in our territory
• Add to your growing knowledge base of our industry by participating in online seminars, outside conferences, and any other educational opportunities that can teach you further about the staffing industry
• Recruit for clients’ hiring needs in the fields of administrative, accounting, government, hospitality, logistics, and other areas of the workforce.
• Receive inbound and place a high volume of outbound phone calls to job seekers and clients with a high level of customer service
• Creatively leverage social media such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook to network and build connections within the community.
• Maintain all documentation using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track information on candidates and clients.

Requirements:

• Previous recruiting experience

• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration, or HR Management is preferred

• Exemplary communication skills (written and verbal – email, over the phone, and in-person)
• Previous work experience in Communications, Marketing or HR is desired (internships would suffice)
• A very positive demeanor with an ambitious approach to fulfilling tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
