Our Louis Vuitton store in Naples is seeking a motivated & client centric Team Lead to join its team!
Profile
As a Team Lead you will be an ambassador of the Brand and will assist the Store Manager and/or Team Managers to coach and develop the team, build Client relationships, proactively foster the achievement of sales goals and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered.
In this role you will co-create strategies with the Store Manager and Team Managers. As a skilled communicator with a natural ability to build relationships, this role will strive to deliver all client interactions in line with our Louis Vuitton promise thus further driving loyalty to the brand and our positioning within the luxury market space.
With a focused and entrepreneurial mindset you will have the ability to expertly identify desired products for our clients based on their individual profiles and market trends in order to maintain and drive our position in the market and drive business results.
